Does rotating an image change the file size? Generally, no. The image contains the exact same number of pixels, just arranged in a different dimension (e.g., a 1920x1080 image becomes 1080x1920).

Can I rotate by specific degrees, like 45 degrees? Currently, this tool is designed for standard 90-degree orientation fixes. Free-rotation (which requires inventing new pixels to fill the corners) requires a more advanced image editing canvas.
